A Moment to Rest

An invitation to pause lies at the heart of this watercolor by Good Old Tom. The restful outdoor setting turns an ordinary stopping place into a quiet point of connection with the landscape. Gentle washes and an unhurried composition create a contemplative mood, celebrating the small moments when we step away from daily motion and simply take in our surroundings.
