Duckling Friends

Mallard ducklings are a familiar sight along ponds, streams, wetlands, and lakes throughout North America. Known for their fluffy down feathers and curious personalities, young ducklings quickly learn to forage and swim under the watchful care of their mother. This watercolor captures two ducklings standing together beside the water, celebrating the innocence, charm, and wonder of wildlife in its earliest stages.
